Insurance Company USAA Tops Businessweek....'Customer Service Champs'

It's no surprise to me that USAA hits the top again year after year. Other insurance companies, like State Farm and Amica always place high as well. I was insured with State Farm for many years, then found USAA premiums to be lower and the claims service to be just as good.

My recommendation is to always search out these companies first in looking for an insurance company to insure your cars or homes. Price is very competitive wih these companies and the claims service is the best in the industry. I worked for one of the largest insurers in the country and know companies like State Farm and USAA very well.

For those of you have either been involved in an auto accident and have either been insured with State Farm or USAA or have had claims resolved by these two companies, know that they are the top in the industry.

USAA also offers online banking, loans, mortgage, etc. In my opinion, they have the most comprehensive package of business products offered to consumers today. Where else can you find insurance (life, property and causulty) home loans, strong banking products, retirement funds, plans, etc... all in one company. And by the way, ranking one of the best in customer satisfaction amongst top consumer sites such as JD Powers.
